We offer affordable installation services in South Florida. That area includes the Miami-Dade area, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, the Florida Keys, and Glades region. Out-of-State wallpaper installation is available upon request.
Terms & Conditions
- Client automatically agrees to Terms & Conditions by e-signing the estimate.
- Short notice cancellations (under 48 hours prior installation) will result in 150$ cancellation charge.
- An adult over 18 years of age with the authority to make decisions must be present at the time of installation.
- We offer a 2 year labor guarantee. Warranty doesn’t cover damages due to water leaks, man-made actions or fraying over time due to traffic or air vents. The warranty is waived, if the client refuses to follow the wall prep recommendations.
- Complimentary wallcovering valuation coverage. All our wallpaper installation services come with a valuation coverage of up-to $1000. If the wallpaper is damaged during the installation process or is not installed correctly, we may refund you up to 50% of the total cost of the wallcovering. Under NO condition will the wallcovering insurance refund exceed $1000. We only refund wallcovering costs, if our installers make a mistake in the installation process. Our wallcovering insurance does NOT apply and NO wallcovering refund will be issued if the customer runs out of wallcovering and asks our installer to use patches of wallcovering to complete the installation. Wallcovering valuation covers wallcovering removal and wall prep or wall skimming for a maximum cost of $1000.
- Measurements provided by customers are not guaranteed.
- Acceptable payments are cashier’s checks, cash, various cash apps and credit/debit cards. There is a 3.6% convenience fee associated with card payments.
- Payment is settled at the end of each working day. TECHNICIANS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE JOB SITE PREMISES UNTIL PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED.
- No claims will be allowed for labor costs.
- Wallcovering installation is a decoration process which is customized to fit the style of your home. As in any decoration process, there is always a chance of unforeseen issues. Some issues cannot be detected until the installation process has begun (i.e. moisture damage, walls with structural damage, etc). If unforeseen issues are discovered upon the removal/installation of current wallcovering, a Change Order may be required and additional charges may apply to the installation.
- Installation charges may vary depending on the amount you were quoted vs. the total amount installed.
- Unless stated otherwise in the quote, the price doesn’t include wall preparation or wall skimming
- Anything outside of the job scope listed in the quote will be priced separately and proposed to you for approval.
- If the client supplies the wallpapers for the project, it is their responsibility to have enough wallpaper for the job. In case if a customer is out of wallcovering on the day of the installation, an additional 150$ per extra visit will be invoiced.
- Alex Khal & Co Wallpaper Specialists are not responsible for obtaining any work, construction permits or authorizations from building management, Home Owner Association (HOA) and authorizations from local, state or federal agencies.
- The Company will not be responsible for the loss of cash, jewelry, cameras or any other items of value. It is highly advisable that ALL CASH, JEWELRY AND VALUABLE ITEMS SHOULD NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED BY THE CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME.
- The company will exert reasonable effort to move furniture and home appliances to make room for wallcovering installation. The company reserves the right to move furniture or home appliances. Under no circumstances will The Company assume responsibility for the mechanical malfunctions of pianos, radios, phonographs, clocks, mechanical refrigerators, automatic washers, dryers, freezers, TVs or other instruments or appliances.
- Under no circumstances will The Company assume responsibility for loss or damage to information or data contained in computers, laptops, PDA’s, cameras, camcorders, hard drives, disks, zip drives, floppies, memory cards, memory sticks or any other format for any reason whatsoever.
- The company will not re-install wall or ceiling fixtures or mechanisms intended to sustain wall or ceiling fixtures or place items on such fixtures. This most commonly arises with chandeliers that customers want removed and re-hung or flat screen tv’s that customers want mounted to walls. The company will NOT mount items on such fixtures, period.
- Minimum area is 100 sq.ft. per order. If the total area is less than a minimum area, it will still be listed 100 sq. ft. in the estimate/invoice.
